For Woodbine Tourist Park - Lakes Entrance
- Please note check-in time is from 1-5pm and check out times STRICTLY 10am on day of departure
- If you are going to be arriving outside these hours, please let us know so we can send you our afterhours arrival instructions.
- No late arrivals after 8.30pm.
- ALL FEES are to be paid in full on or before arrival.
- No excessive noise or visitors after 10pm. This is our quiet time. Any offensive behaviour will not be tolerated. We have the right to remove you from the premises if needed.
- When hiring a cabin the person/s registering as the guest/s will be required upon arrival to sign a guest registration form accepting they will be liable for any loss or damage.
- Fires are not permitted in the park- this includes Charcoal BBQs. Gas or electric BBQS and Heaters only to be used.
- Dogs are welcome on powered sites only (other than Easter and Christmas periods) - please clean up after them and dispose correctly in the bins. Dogs must always be on lead.
- No pets allowed in cabins or communal areas due to Health Regulations.
- Please observe the speed limit in the park - No faster than walking pace 5km/h. ONE car per site. No visitor vehicles allowed in park- Please Park outside and walk in.
- Children/ Adults riding bikes, scooters, skateboards and roller skates must have a helmet on when riding. No riding in front of Amenities Block and Office.
- Grass Powered Sites: No door mats, foam mats, rubber mats, plastic tarps are to be used on the grassed sites. Only SHADE CLOTH MATS which breath are allowed.
- Smoking: Persons found smoking in ANY of our cabins will incur a $300 fee charged to their account. Non-Smoking Policy in all our indoor area (Amenities Block, Camp Kitchen, B.B.Q. Area, Laundry).
- Woodbine Tourist Park will not be responsible for, or liable to compensate for the loss, theft or damage of personal property on, or brought into the cabin/site or in the immediate vicinity of the cabin/site. All persons enter the park at their own risk and are responsible for their own possessions and vehicles.
Cancellation, Amendments & Refund Policy
We understand sometimes things happen outside of our control and our guests may need to cancel or amend their bookings.
- Cancellations 14 days or less prior to arrival – a cancellation fee of the 1st night’s booking will apply to all bookings.
- Refunds are unavailable for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival date or due to; early departures, no shows, change of mind, inclement weather, or where clients are asked to leave the park for breaching park rules.
- Credits instead of a refund, you may choose to receive a credit for your cancelled booking. Credit is only available to the original guest. Credits are valid for 12 months from the date a booking was cancelled. Refunds will not be provided if the credit value is not used in full.
- Pricing is subject to change.
- Woodbine Tourist Park reserves the right to cancel or amend any bookings due to unforeseen circumstance.
- Third Party website Cancellations (Online Travel Agents -OTA): Bookings made on websites other than our own, are known as OTA or 3rd Party websites. Any booking made via G’Day Parks app or website cannot be amended or cancelled online or via G’Day Parks. The guest is advised to contact the park directly.
